The Outreach Committee here at Albright is constantly looking for ways to possibly help different situations in our community and throughout the world.

Albright has sent teams of volunteers to New Orleans to reconstruct homes and areas from Hurricane Katrina, and sent relief help and volunteers to Haiti after the devastating earthquake.

Periodically throughout the year, we help to set-up, prepare, and serve a hot meal at The Gathering for those in need. We also prepare bag lunches for Repairers of the Breach, and have collected personal care items, clothing, underwear and general basic needs for anyone coming through their facility.

Our Youth Group has had projects in which they have collected donations to purchase Malaria bed nets for Africa; and collected pennies to support our Missionaries in South Africa.

The last several years we have been sponsoring children at Christmas time with various age appropriate gifts through the Northcott Neighborhood House.

These are just a few of the examples of our involvement in the surrounding community and beyond.
